Our Return Policy explains everything you need to know about eligible returns, exchanges, refunds, and the steps to take if something isn’t quite right with your order. Please review the policy before making a return so the process can be as simple and smooth as possible.
PLEASE READ BELOW FOR INSTRUTIONS ON RETURNS
- You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to ask for a return.
- Email design3313@hotmail.com with your order number. We will send you an RTA (return authorization) number. Please do not ship anything back before you have it, because returns without an RTA number cannot be accepted or refunded.
- Items need to be unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once approved, you send the item back and cover the return shipping. Email us the tracking number so we can watch for it.
- After we receive and inspect it, we let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days or less.
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges The fastest way to get a different size is to return the item you have (follow the steps above), and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the size you want. Not sure which size to order next? Email us your dog's chest, neck and back length and we will check the chart for you.
